The Woman in White is a mysterious woman who appears in the dream magical girls have the night they receive their powers. She is calm and well spoken.
She seems to be able to control normal dreams, as she has been shown forcibly ending one of Undine’s dreams. She also knows Undine’s name, though how she attained this knowledge is unknown.
Most magical girls don't seem to remember their dream well, and the Magical Girl Support Institute seems to have an interest in understanding their dreams.
Anemone seems to be the only one to clearly remember her. Notably, even when told directly about her, others can't remember what they're told; something about her seems to cause amnesia in everyone but Anemone, with static-like horizontal lines appearing in their eyes whenever they try to remember her.
There may be some connection between her and the Outer Barrier, which appears to be a wall of static-like horizontal lines; this closely resembles the effect that appears in the eyes of anyone who tries to recall her.
The statue that stands in the magical girl memorial cemetery depicts her with arms outstretched, although most people think it merely depicts a symbolic noble magical girl.

The Woman in White has dark golden skin. Her eyes, which are gold and white, are hidden by a white light. Her hair is fluffy, long, and extremely voluminous, reaching down to her skirt. Her dress doesn’t have an exact neckline. It is a light golden, the same color as her hair, and its skirt poofs out to her knees. Her arms and legs are bare.
